Hosting in Germany
AMS Go runs at IONOS in data centers in Germany. The managed database is ISO 27001 certified.
Encrypted throughout
All connections are encrypted via TLS. Stored data is also protected with modern encryption standards.
GDPR & EU company
AMS Go GmbH is based in Karlsruhe, Germany. We process your data in accordance with the requirements of the GDPR.
Access under control
Manage users centrally and sign in via single sign-on – for example with Microsoft Entra ID or Keycloak.
Traceable documentation
Changes are versioned and recorded traceably – an audit-proof basis for audits and authorities.
Your data belongs to you
Export at any time via REST API, versions and PDFs available for download. Visitor data is deleted automatically after a defined period.

Where is AMS Go data stored?
AMS Go is hosted at IONOS in data centers in Germany. The platform data is therefore stored in Germany.

The managed database at IONOS in which AMS Go data is stored is ISO 27001 certified.
How is data encrypted?
Transmission is encrypted via TLS throughout. We also use modern encryption standards for storage.
Is AMS Go GDPR-compliant?
Yes. AMS Go GmbH is a company based in Karlsruhe, Germany, the data is stored in Germany and there are clear processes for deletion – for example, visitor data is deleted automatically after a defined period.
Do I get a data processing agreement?
Yes. Write to us at hallo@amsgo.de – we will send you the DPA pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR together with the technical and organizational measures and the list of sub-processors.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You can export your data via the REST API at any time and take it with you. In addition, all generated versions and PDFs are available for download.
